Mechanical failure, electronic failure, firmware corruption, logical corruption, or human error — we recover data from all of it.
Whether your media is consumer-grade or enterprise, we have the tooling and expertise to recover it.
3.5" desktop drives, 2.5" laptop drives. Mechanical failure, bad sectors, firmware corruption, head crashes. Clean-room platter swap available.
2.5" SATA SSDs, M.2 SATA, M.2 NVMe, mSATA. Controller failures, NAND wear, TRIM complications, soldered-drive chip-off.
RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60. Hardware RAID controllers, software RAID (mdadm, Storage Spaces, ZFS). Multi-disk reconstruction.
USB portable drives, Thunderbolt enclosures, eSATA. Logical recovery, USB bridge failures, dropped drives.
QNAP, Synology, Buffalo, Drobo, FreeNAS/TrueNAS, Windows Server, Linux. Off-site recovery options available.
SD, microSD, CompactFlash, Memory Stick, XQD, CFast. Camera cards, drone footage, dashcams.
Different failure types require different recovery approaches. Our engineers diagnose first, then choose the right tooling for the job.
Clicking sounds, grinding, drive not spinning, head crash. Requires physical intervention — opening the drive in our Class-100 clean room and replacing failed components with donor parts.
Drive sounds healthy but files are missing, corrupted, or inaccessible. Includes accidental format, deleted partitions, file system corruption, and bad sectors that prevent reading.
The drive's onboard software is corrupted — drive spins but isn't detected, or returns incorrect capacity. We rebuild or bypass firmware modules to recover the data.
Burnt PCB, failed power section, short circuit. We replace the controller board with a matching donor and sometimes need to emulate or transfer the adaptive data.
Every job follows the same proven process — from drop-off to delivery of your recovered data.
Bring your device to our Midtown lab. We tag it with a work order and document initial condition.
Our engineers evaluate the device, identify the failure, and provide a firm quote — no charge if you decline.
You approve the quote, we perform the recovery using the right tooling — physical, logical, or firmware-level.
Recovered data goes onto a new drive or your preferred media, verified, and shipped or picked up.
Free diagnostic, free quote. You only pay if we recover your data.
